Right now, my ultimate goal weight is 125, but I'm going to evaluate again once I hit that number.

I'm open to suggestions for exercises, workout music, recipes and just about anything health related that you guys think will help me out on my journey!

One of my main problems is that my house is not filled with healthy food.  And if it is, it is very minimal.  Right now, I’m trying to scrounge for a healthy lunch before the gym.  Not having much luck.  Not sure what to do.
