One of my main problems is that my house is not filled with healthy food. And if it is, it is very minimal. Right now, I’m trying to scrounge for a healthy lunch before the gym. Not having much luck. Not sure what to do.

Breakfast! quick tip, if you separate your oranges, cut up your apple, and split your eggs, your eyes are fooled into thinking there’s more food! Pretty sure I’m having a safe paleo breakfast as well. Double score!
